Return Policies
Old Mountain View Coffee Company is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Shipping is non-refundable*
A Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Old Mountain View Coffee Company is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location,using either FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other shipping method, as agreed to by the customer and Old Mountain View Coffee Comany (OMV Coffee & Roasting Co.). For orders over 50 Lbs, using standard ground shipment we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured.

TIMING OF SHIPMENT: All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. Credit card will not be charged unless product is available. If purchase is made on a non-business day, purchase will be handled as if received on the next business day. Gift basket purchases will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and will be shipped within one week.
